Kurupt Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 Paintsville wins their first game in the Brunswick Holiday Classic being played at Glynn Academy (Kwame Brown's alma mater) in Georgia. PHS started out slow and fell behind by double digits after one quarter, but then rebounded in the 2nd to take the lead before halftime. Pa'ville pulled away in the 3rd and extended their lead in the 4th to win by 13. Landon Slone led the Tigers with 21, J.D. VanHoose had 17, and Daniel Pugh 10. PHS improves to 4-1 and plays in the semifinals today, Battery Creek falls to 4-4 and plays Oliver Springs (TN) in the losers' bracket today at 3:00. Battery Creek falls at Georgia tourney :laugh:

Kurupt Posted December 22, 2005 Author Posted December 22, 2005 Paintsville plays AAAA Milton (FL) today. They are currently 11-2 and beat Oliver Springs (TN) by 25 yesterday in the first round, Oliver Springs dropped to 8-4. Milton is led by 6'6" Adam Allen.
