Which system of ranking teams is more accurate and why?

Neither are better or worse than the others. In ky football, it's usually obvious who the best 2 or 3 teams are in the state and the rest of the top 10 to 15 can be almost interchangeable. It is also hard to judge a lot of the 6-4, 7-3, and 8-2 teams on polar opposite ends of the state in any direction.
