What does McCreary Central need to do to turn the season around?

Being that we did not go ahead and close the book on the Raiders, what must they do to finish out strong in 2011? I think we need to stay focused on the season and not listen to the outside interferences that always are chirping this time of year. Take each game one at a time and one play at at time and try to get one more win.
