Garrard County picked up their first district victory with the win. Tight game in the first half. Garrard scored with seconds left in the first half to make it 23-8. Bath returned the kickoff for a touchdown, only to have it called back on a questionable block in the back call. The Bath County coaches and fans were livid and perhaps rightfully so.

In the second half the Garrard defense dominated. Bath couldn't do anything offensively and the Lions tacked on a score in each quarter for the final tally.
