I would just like to know if anyone has any thoughts about the little league program in floyd co. With the new fields at Stone Crest would a county wide league work better than the three leagues we have now?

I like the system they have now. If they were to make a Floyd County league, some people may have trouble traveling around the county.

Good idea but probaly to much trouble for parents to drive the long distance from certain places

I heard that the Paintsville Little League has split up and are playing Cal Ripken....Any truth to that, if so how does that work on the boundaries for the League?

Stone Crest is the new golf course on top of the hill at Jenny Wiley park. They have built several new fields there. I heard that Johnson Co. was starting a Cal Ripken league but I wonder where they will play.
