I spoke to my colleague Doug Ormay this morning, and he tells me the Roy Kidd Award results have been tabulated. The Roy Kidd Award is an annual award co-sponsored by the KHSAA and The Kentucky News Network. One player is named as the winner in each classification--1A-2A-3A-4A--and an overall winner is also named for the entire state.

The winner will be announced by the KHSAA during the High School Football Championship weekend.
