Fairdale & Western

Featured Replies

Seems like we should expect one of these two to make it to the semi-finals. Western returns a lot and Fairdale returns everybody. Any thoughts?

Looking at the Fairdale roster they graduate both offensive and defensive lines...without those being sured up, it might be a long season in bulldog country for their new coach. Western lost key components to the puzzle. Several OL, and some GREAT skill kids. I would say Doss being in 4A now might have some chips to throw in as well. Top 3 in this district will be very competitive.

This district may have some of the best coaching in any one district save maybe the Male/X/Trinity/Manual one.

I don't know Coach J...you are tops in my book!! You've got Bruin nation excited, and rightfully so, you have done an outstanding job and it will continue for years to come!

Believe it or not this is a very tough district. Any team could be beat by anybody, so to say Fairdale and Western will be the top two teams is really ridiculous. Moore improved, Doss is always well coached with athletes, Valley could be tough with Hayden coming back, Western will also be good, but scheduling will either make or break them, and Fairdale returns a good wr, rb, and qb but lines are questionable. I would be willing to bet that almost all these district games will be very close and come down to the end of the game and seeding going down to the last week of district play.
