What does Cumberland County need to do to improve in 2010/2011? What do they need to keep doing to be sucessful? Remember, please be constructive.

They are going through a coaching change for the first time in 4 years and graduated their entire starting lineup, it will be a few years before it cycles back, they should start a fairly young bunch at all positions so in a few years those kids will have varsity experiance
