For instance, one of the little known cavets of the Health Care bill is that if empolyers provide health insurance then the amount of that benefit will have to be claimed as additional income, thus raising taxes even if the tax rate stays the same. Finding an equitable solution is difficult enough, but then throw in the "hey i need to get re-elected" and it becomes perhaps the most difficult thing around!

It will not be claimed as taxable income under current law. Will be listed on W-2's I believe.
