Oldham County (5-3, 3-0) goes on the road Friday to take on Anderson County (5-3, 2-1) with the district 4 title on the line...winner takes all!

Oldham County is coming off a 41-6 victory over Grant County last week....Anderson is fresh off a dramatic 38-37 come-from-behind win over South Oldham on the road, in which AC rallied from a 37-10 deficit in the final period.

Since 1997, Oldham County leads the series, 5-1, with Anderson's lone win coming in 2007, 35-31, at OC.

The Colonels knocked off the Bearcats last year, 10-7.

The two teams are led by two rising stars in the coaching ranks, Mark Peach (in his sixth year at his alma mater, with a record of 39-24 .619) vs. Matt Brown (in his third year at his alma mater, with a record of 22-11 .667).

Who wins this week, and why?

Both teams are scoring a lot of points right now...

Really surprised that this one hasn't generated more discussion...is anybody out there?????????????????????????

Class 5A District 4 has come down to Oldham vs. Anderson three straight years....

Mark Peach and Matt Brown are two of the bright young coaches moving up...both coaching at their alma maters...................

Both coaches had very quick (and positive) impacts at their schools...
