Which players from the 16th have potential to play at the next level?

I think most of the potentially better players are underclassmen in the 16th.

Which teams have gone or are heading south for springbreak? I think I saw where Raceland and Fleming have been and maybe Ashland, Greenup and Boyd are going, anybody for sure or if any others are going?
