May 3, 201016 yr Four words about this past Sunday's episode: Wow, wow, and wow! The parking lot scene at the end was flat out spectacular. Did you see the previews for next week?
May 3, 201016 yr Author Did you see the previews for next week?Yes. I absolutely cannot wait until next Sunday.
May 3, 201016 yr Yes. I absolutely cannot wait until next Sunday. Who is your guess that called Hank before the shoot out?
May 6, 201016 yr Gus is my guess. After I asked that, I thought who would be watching the cousins. I think it has to be Mike (the guy that works for Sal and Gus). I am sure that Gus has mike following the cousins, which you couldn't pay me enough to do.

I'm just not for sure what objective Mike would have to call him unless ordered to by Gus. I can see where Gus would want to preserve his business interests with Walter...and Hank's demise could potentially severe them. Plus Gus seems to not like working with the Mexicans that much anyways.

It has been nothing short of spectaclur...
May 9, 201016 yr Today I am taking my mom out to eat and then we will watch the last 2 episodes that she missed followed by tonights show. She loves this show...
May 10, 201016 yr The 8th episode was toned down from the previous two, but was still very good. My take... Gus - Who has come off as nice guy (for a drug king pin) is showing his true cold colors. He showed Walt that he is 2 steps ahead of him and the hospital was a statement with the killing of the last cousin and telling him right before it happened... Walt - Is now remembering why he wanted out the first time, because of the danger involved in putting his family at risk. Sky - I think she wants Walt back, but still is not sure. The look she gave Walt when he tried to lie was priceless... Jessie - Is the classic idiot, with his own catch phrase "B". I laugh about everytime he drops the B word. The funny thing about him is that he is in it for more than the money. We will see that in the next episode when he tries to branch off, which could also bring his demise, but I'm sure Walt will save his but again. Sal - You better call Sal... He was not in this episode, but I think he will be big in this Sunday's show... I just saw that the show got picked up for next season, which is great news with what I believe only 2 shows left this season...:notworthy:

It was especially poignant when Walter Jr. and Walter were discussing the Pablo Escobar book. My take on Gus's visit to the hospital and subsequent killing of the remaining cousin is that he was A) letting Walt know who the boss really is and B) he was showing Walt that he is on Walt's side and can offer the protection that he needs. I think Sky and Walt will ultimately get back together. But all in all my favorite parts of this episode were seeing Gus's plan start to unfold. Something tells me Walter will once again regret bringing Jesse back into the mix.

Jesse's greed will get him in trouble, but my guess is Walt will come to his rescue, which in turn would put Walt in deeper debt with Gus. 2. Sky is finally understanding Walt's decision and starting to embrace it. 3. Walt paying for Hank's recovery will put a nice twist on him when(not if) he finds out that Walt is Heisenberg.
