Russell shot 20 free throws 4th quarter, hitting 16 of them to pull away from a 3rd qtr, tie and beat Raceland 50-43. The Lady Devils were led in scoring by Ferguson with 12 points. Congrats to Russell on the win.

 

Ther Lady Rams drop to 4-2 oin the season and were led in scoring by Kasey Lewis with 20pts, T. Lacks added 9 and Brooke Wilson had 7.

Did Parsley play?

Raceland's inability to hit free throws was a large contributor in this loss. This was Raceland's game to lose...and they did. This could have, and should have been a double digit win for the Lady Rams. Very frustrating to witness.

 

I look for these two to slug it out again and I hope the Ram coaches can learn form what they saw during this game.

If Parsley didn't play and they still won on the road, I don't know how much freethrows will matter?
