What does Rockcastle County need to do to improve in 2009/2010? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I saw them play only once last season. I thought that they had a pretty good team don't know what they have coming back. Does anyone know?

They have four senior starters returning from last years district championship team. Todd, Bullens, Thacker, and Reynolds. Todd, Bullens, and Thacker play football. They were a big factor in last years success. It may start out slow because of football, but they should finish strong. Reynolds is also a very savy player. He loves to make the big pass! The sixth man from last years team, Lunsford, should return in a starting position. They should make some noise in the region this year.

I saw them play this summer. The team should be much improved, although they aren't back on the level they were when the Aaron Cash was still playing.
