AverageJoesGym Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Final from the Briar Patch. Nice start to the season for the JV Briar Jumpers. Sophmore Curtis Pelston had a touchdown catch. Sophmore Alex Lange threw and ran for a touchdown. Fellow sophmore Carlton Jackson had a touchdown run and freshman Tyler Megargel scored twice on quarterback sneaks in relief of Lange. The offensive line did a great job and the defense had a shutout going until Green County scored late on the reserves.
