Newport Central Catholic 2009/2010

What does Newport Central Catholic need to do to improve in 2009/2010? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I think the Breds will be a strong force again this year. Losing two starters hurts, but I really think other girls are ready to step up! Ron will have them ready to peak at the right time again this year.:ylsuper:

The 9th region will be up for grabs again this year!

If Sandfoss is healthy they will be very strong and Tabor will be very good on the inside.

Why wouldn't Sandfoss be healthy? Is there a problem?

No, I think NCC06 is talking about her hand and from what I undestand it's 100/%. :jump:

NCC should be very good offensively, but need to try to replace the physical play of Giesler and Schultz on defense.

This will be a challange, more so than some people think. They will miss them not only on defense, but more so on the boards. Those two accounted for a good number of rebounds and loose balls. I really don't know who will take up that slack, because I think their bench will be very thin.
