Buzz Pitching

Gerwe

60 pitches 5 innings 20 PA (two over minumini) 3 hits 1 run 1 earned run 2 walks 3 k's

It was great seeing Matt Klein playing third base and running the bases today. By the end of this summer Matt should be pretty close to being 100%.

Gerwe did a great job of keeping the ball low and making the Knights hit ground ball after ground ball. Only one of the 18 outs recorded was a fly ball and that was a harmless fly out to 9.

Coach Sumpter

The Buzz play at Cooper HS Wednesday vs Cincinnati Thunder at 6:30pm

This was my first game at Cooper HS and will a little loving care and a year or two this baseball field just might turn into one of the nicest diamonds in NKy.
