Any details besides the obvious?

Don't really have many. Catholic scored 4 in the first, 3 on a bases clearing double. Danville didn't hit the ball well, and walked a ton of guys....pitchers were behind in the count the whole game. Martin pitched for Lex Cath....did well. That's about it.

Congratulations to the Knights on a good win...

The Kid Pitching did a great Job...

The hitters hit the ball in all of the right spots...

The Ads just had a off day...And I am sure some of that was caused by LC...

Just one of those crazy days of Baseball for the The Ads...

I look for the Admiral's to come back wednesday and have a better game...

I know the Knights have a great Coach, that will not let his team let up any after a 10-0 win...

Should be a better game Wednesday...:thumb:

The Ads may have been intimidated a little bit by who they were playing. When things went bad in the first, Danville wasn't able to shake it off. LexCath may be a better team, but they're not 10 runs better.

I was particularly impressed with the LexCath hitters' plate discipline. They did a much better job of adjusting to the plate ump's "odd" strike zone than the Ads.
