Chosen_One Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 Its that time of year again, the seniors are ready to play their last game and it rains. I am just wondering what the different schools do for their seniors once you get rained out and can not reschedule the game?
KY Baller Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 Owen does a "Senior Send Off" before the first District Tourny game.
Theoldguy Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 I have heard that sometime on Monday the CovCath Mom's are going to be taking their senior son's out to lunch as a group. Strange I know, but I think I am going to miss this group of Mom's more than I am going to miss watching their sons play baseball. Thank you Senior Moms: Mrs. Darner, Mrs Eggemeier, Mrs Lafever, Mrs Holocher, Mrs. Isler, Mrs. Krumme, Mrs Maile, Mrs. Nordman, Mrs Nutini, and Mrs Reese for all that you have done to make your sons the outstanding gentlemen they are on and off the field. I also want to thank you all for making me feel so welcomed and a part of the CovCath baseball family. Theoldguy wishes you all the best as some of you leave CovCath to follow your sons plays elsewhere.
CCHS_Dad Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 With all the rain this year, Carroll County did their Senior night two games before their last home game to make sure they could get it in. Coaches also presented the Seniors with a nice memento before their last regular season game.
