WV just recently had it's first football signee, Gregor Peebles signed with Georgetown. This is pretty exciting for the school. There was a previous post on this, but it didn't mention the school name. The link is to an article on cincinnati.com, I presume will be in a future Boone Co recorder.

 

Guess this proves that kids from small schools have a chance also.

That's a great accomplishment for Walton-Verona...this kid will go down in Bearcat history!

 

Maybe they should consider naming the field after him in a few years
