Scott County captured the 42nd district championship with an 85-74 victory over Bryan Station. Scott County was led by Madisen Webb who recorded a triple-double with 22 points, 18 rebounds, and 12 assists. Kristen Stainback led them in scoring with 29 points. Tereka Guyn and Ally Corad added 10 points each. Alex McKenzie recorded eight points and 12 rebounds. Mikyla Mosby led Bryan Station with 24 points including six three poin baskets. Carrington Caise added 15 points, six rebounds, and 10 assists. Serena Sandusky and Amber Crumbie added 12 and 10 points respectively. Alesha Prince recorded eight points and 11 rebounds.

Watch out for these two teams in the future. Scott County does not have a single senior on the roster and Bryan Station only has one senior. Keep an eye on 5-10 7th grader Tereka Guyn for Scott County who is a starter. Also Bryan Station gets valuable contributions from 5-7 8th grader Serena Sandusky.
