Manual leads for most of the game and holds on to win an intense game. Jenkins led all scorers with 17 points, 7 boards, 5 assists, and 5 steals. Tre Jones added 12 points along with Miles Mitchell's 11 and point guard Samsel's 9 points and 4 assist with zero turnovers. Backcourt defense and ball control played a major role in this game as Male never made a run to regain the lead. I don't believe either Male standout guards Hayes and Glenn reached double figures.

Male has had a bit of a dissapointing year. Congrats to Manual.

I love it every time I have seen Jenkins play. He is just a competitor and a warrior. Hope he ends up at a great school.

 

Louisville Districts and regions are pretty tough also.
