24smom
Good luck to Simon Kenton as they advance in the tournament! To see SK's blog, a few pics & some comments on the game: http://skpioneers.blogspot.com/2009/02/lady-pioneers-advance-to-district.html A big thanks to the SK folks for the kind words posted for Grant County senior PG Candace Gorby. Very classy & much appreciated! :ylsuper: "Good luck to Grant County’s Candace Gorby who played the entire season with a torn ACL. She will have surgery to repair her knee now that the season is over. A very passionate and tough player."
1734
Congrats to SK. You will be hard to handle in the region. Courageous effort by Candace this year. She will come back strong as ever from the surgery. Any idea where she is going to college?

Mr. Athletics
Congrats to SK. I have enjoyed keeping up with Candance. What courage it takes to play with a torn ACL. There are not too many kids that love the game enough to do it. Good luck in the future.
ebrown5606
It has been a true pleasure over the last several years to be associated with Candace and her family. Not many "Rootstown Rovers" who double as "Steelers Fans" that I enjoy meeting!!!!! We are privileged that our daughter has had the opportunity to be around this player and more importantly "great person!" Best of Luck and Wishes!!
