Elliott started out very sluggish during the 1st half, but came back with a killer attitude after halftime to dispell any questions about their ability/capability! Somehow or another the 5 EC girls on the floor were able to come out victorious against the 8 on the WC side.

Way to go girls. I am really proud of you. Can you imagine the looks you would have gotten 10 years ago if someone said Elliott would knock out West Carter in the first round of districts? :) .. Now, take care of business in the championship game. The regional title is NOT out of your reach! Congratulatons.

Monday night (6pm I believe). All district games are held at East Carter this year.

 

 

 

I'll take Elliott by 6pts! EC hasn't lost a district game this year, so they've got a big target on their back. West is always tough competition but I believe the Elliott will pull together and pull out the win.
