Les Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 This hurts the Panthers. They haven't played since Jan. 30.
Bubba Wilson Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 This hurts the Panthers. They haven't played since Jan. 30. Coach Elam may have them doing two-a-days or scrimmaging against Hartman to keep their skills toned.
Thomas Magnum Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 What reason was given for the cancellation? Regardless of the outcome I think both teams need to be playing this time of year.

Les Posted February 12, 2009 Author Posted February 12, 2009 As for being cancelled, there is a lack of water in Whitley and I believe there has been extensive damage because of the storms in Whitley.
Bubba Wilson Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 Bubba, That is funny as HECK. I try to live on the light side of life. Conventional wisdom would say.. not playing for a couple of weeks would hurt the Panthers down the stretch, but it could be a case where the practice has allowed them to refine and perfect some things instead. Les, I heard Hartman beat you in a game of PIG?
Les Posted February 12, 2009 Author Posted February 12, 2009 Bubba, Actually, Hart man beat Travis, who is an ole Clay County boy. If coach Keith found out Hartman beat Travis, my buddy Travis would be in trouble.
