Area high school seniors will sign today

A handful of area high school football players are expected to sign on the dotted line today, the first day players can sign national letters of intent with colleges.

 

Russell running back Drew Abrams will be signing with Kentucky Christian University on Thursday.

Congratulations. It's great that a few players from our area get to continue playing football for a few more years. If anyone on this year's Russell team deserved to keep playing, it's Drew Abrams. He worked very hard all season long and developed into a really good player.
