Southwestern @ McCreary Central Predictions 1/23

Featured Replies

The Warriors of Southwestern (10-8, 2-2) make the return trip to Stearns to attempt to avenge the loss to McCreary Central (11-6, 2-2) that happened in Somerset two weeks prior.

Wayne has secured the top seed in the district and will host Monticello in the first round of the district tournament, exactly like last season. With a win, McCreary secures seed #2 and will play #3 Southwestern in the tournament. With a loss, the teams will most likely tie. In any case, McCreary and Southwestern will have a rematch of last years tournament in which Southwestern upset one of the top two teams in the region last season, McCreary Central.

What do you have in this game, fellow BGPers?

McCreary 80-66

Raiders 71-60

McCreary 68 - 53. Word from Southwestern followers is that they are not worried abouth this game, win or lose, becasue they are not wanting to show McCreary anything until there District tournament game.

I don't know who your getting your information from but they are misleading your horribly. Rob Jones, Dave Schulz and Rodney Woods all know each other like the back of their hands. So Southwestern has nothing to hide it's going to be a war in Stearns you can bet on that Southwestern isn't backing down or play half hearted! Southwestern by 5!:irked:

This game isn't anything more than a regular season game now. Unless you think it's important what bench the teams sit on at the district tourney.

I am just repeating what i have heard from "some" of the Southwestern crowd. I think the game will be a close game early with McCreary pulling away late. I agree with Warrior 69 in the fact that both teams will play extremely hard the whole game.

I would love to see Darrell Schulzy win, but, I think the Raiders have an edge at home, 69-64.
