Morgan County's Brittany Stamper

Featured Replies

Yet another hit to the Morgan Co. girls team this season, as Freshman starter Brittany Stamper has been lost for up to 4 weeks after an emergency appendectomy was performed on Friday to remove her appendix. Brittany was averaging 10.3ppg and 5.5 rpg for the Lady Cougars.

Morgan Co. lost Lara Hembree for the season to an ACL tear, they lost starter Faith Slone for two weeks for an ankle injury, and now another starter lost for some time in Brittany Stamper.

Brittany is a wonderful player and person and our thoughts and wishes for a speedy recovery go out to Brittany.

Hang in there Cougars! Tough season of injury and illness.
