LaRue County Undefeated

Does anyone from the Western part of the state have any good insight into this program? I know they have a dynamite freshman in Jordan Brewer who is James "Boo" Brewer's son. Boo played for Bardstown back in the late 80's and was one of the top players in the state.

Here are their wins so far. Would this be considered a cupcake schedule?

Dec 6, 08 Harrison County at Campbellsville 69 - 65 (W)

Dec 9, 08 Bethlehem home 89 - 72 (W)

Dec 12, 08 Hart County away 53 - 51 (W)

Dec 17, 08 Washington County away 67 - 58 (W)

Dec 19, 08 Caverna away 72 - 56 (W)

Dec 20, 08 Logan County at Trigg County 68 - 47 (W)

Dec 20, 08 Dawson Springs at Trigg County 71 - 56 (W)

Dec 22, 08 McLean County at Trigg County 62 - 52 (W)

Dec 23, 08 Trigg County away 76 - 48 (W)

Dec 27, 08 Bullitt Central home 79 - 49 (W)

Dec 29, 08 Trimble County home 72 - 51 (W)

Very well coached and disciplined. Not very tall but they all crash the boards and run the floor well. Bryan Bault and Trevor Hornback had great tournaments at Trigg County, which they won easily in the title game. They may have trouble against taller teams but they play well against teams their size.

There are actually two Brewer kids who play. Anthony and Jordan. All my friends who have seen them play this year, say they look really good. From the looks of their schedule, the only really good win they have is against Central. Jim Schue may be able to help more.
