Got to hand it to them though. 5-1 is a big improvement from 3-22 last year.

They probably have some hope that they can at least keep it interesting for a while. If I was from Frenchburg I would see just a little ray of hope popping through the clouds. Haven't been to that gym yet either, but heard it is a doozy. Elliott and Menifee both have something in common. Two of the smallest population counties in KY and both the county seats are tiny: Sandy Hook (700) and Frenchburg (500). SALUTE........

 

 

Menifee's gym is pretty decent. Not sure what the seating capacity is, but the seats are just as comfy, sound system is loud enough, and the concessions are usually WONDERFUL.

 

... and I believe it is air conditioned.

Which is more than I can say for a lot of HOT HOT gyms (ahem, FC).

Has anyone checked to make sure the nets aren't still smoldering? Whew.

The Greene twins combined for almost half of Menifee's points. They are going to be getting alot of attention come their senior year. Congrats to Coach Moore and his team of great kids. Hope to get back to Frenchburg for a game soon!
