Prestonsburg 40 Bath Co. 14

Bath's freshman class could have been a lot better but pretty much got neglected last year at the middle school level and all the attention given to the much mentioned 7th grade which is right now a great class, however you must remember two of the main kids in the seventh grade class have also been held back a year, one of them two years and that makes a big difference at the middle school level. I agree the the high school staff at Bath is not getting the most out of the talent they have coming through there. Bath shouldn't be losing by 25 points to Prestonburg. Not with Metz, Mabry, Boyd, Terry...they have the players.

I agree, but these kids should come out with their game face on. This was a HUGE district game for them. There should have been NO let down from anyone and it looked to me like they laid down after 18 minutes. I love this team, but they need to get their head in the game and play every game like the playoffs depend on it.
