September 4, 200818 yr To answer your original question, if Sally has a baby at 16 she should get support until she graduates high school. That would mean child care assisitance and health care for the child. As well as wick if needed. Once she graduates, she should have the option of continuing her education and still receive the assisitance or get a job and be on her own. The father of the child should also not be forced to pay child support as long as he is continuing his education. Once he is out of school it's on.
