Prestonsburg finished 5-22 last year. What must they do to reach the top of the 15th region?

The Lady Blackcats return 1 starter from last years team, the 1 starter is one of the 15th regions best in Linsey Fields. I don't expect Prestonsburg to really contend for region but they may end up coming very close to winning a very weak 58th district.
