Kenny Woods out of North Laurel to retire as Volleyball coach

North Laurel lost a heck of a Volleyball coach this week.

This summer he talked about how since his daughter had just graduated he would probably retire. He was also a very good basketball coach as well.

 

I wish him well. Funny guy to talk to. Has some hilarious stories of things he has seen and experienced over his years as a coach.

 

Bill Abner is the new volleyball coach and will do a good job. He is learning the game, but Bill has coached everything from softball to basketball to football and now volleyball. He will find a way to help the North Laurel program continue to improve as they were under Kenny.
