VB Camp - as a team or individual?

Just wondering what everyone thinks of VB camps. Are the girls better off in HS going to an individual camp or a team camp?

My daughter went to both and felt that the team camp did more for her and her team. Although IMO, any camp is a plus.

Team Camp is alot of individual skills as well I was really impressed by Morehead St team camp last summer. The girls learned alot and loved it as well!
