Bardstown dominated from start to finish, and looked like a team poised to make a run at a region title.

Bardstown's Corey Hall drilled three 3s and had 19. Demarco Phillips led all scorers with 23, and Jordan Hickman added 17. The Tigers got the tempo they wanted from the get-go and took it to the Cards, leading by 20-25 points up until a late flurry for NC.

Daniel Drake and Nick Mudd each had 10 and knocked down some big threes in the first half, but Bardstown shut down the Cardinals' top scorer, post man Jesse Beavers, in the first half while building their big lead. He got 11 points, well below his average.

5th Region draws later this afternoon.

BTW: There was a Hearsay sighting at the game! Haven't seen him in a while!

Skiing, dude. Back in time to watch the purple and gold play really, really well.
