3:20 left in the 1st quarter and the score is 6-4 Stone Mt.

This game is part of the Toyota Classic and the winner will play CovCath on Friday...

Neither team is shooting a lick as Stone Mt. is shooting 27.3% and Perry County Central is shooting 22.2%.

Still the same score with now 2:36 left in the 1st....

2:10 left now 6-6

8-6 Stone Mt.

10-8 Stone 1:04 left in the first.

11-10 PC with 19 sec left

12-11 Stone end of the 1st period

Stone is shooting 35.3% from the floor and is 0/2 from 3

PC is shooting 35.7% from the floor and is shooting 25% from the 3.

Perry Co is 5-11 and have obviously had a rough year, but most of their losses have been fairly close.

I still didn't think that Perry Co could stay close with this team.

6:24 left in the 2nd quarter

Stone is up 15-11

5:34 left

Stone is up 15-14

I am starting to wonder about Stone Mt. as I too have heard that PC was having a tough time of it this year.

4:07 left in the 2nd quarter

PC 18-17

PC is getting a lot of second chance points (9)

Same score now with 3:28 left

Stone 19-18 2:35 left

Stone 21-18 2:20 left

Stone 23-18 1:16 left

PC hasn't scored in a while.

I am starting to wonder about Stone Mt. as I too have heard that PC was having a tough time of it this year.

I believe Stone Mountain is 13-4 or 14-4 coming into this game, so either Perry Co is playing them tough or they have racked up wins against poor competition. Maybe a combination of both.

What the deal with these schools traveling so far for tournaments. I understand like during Christmas break but now, and how do they fund it?

Half time with the score Stone Mt. 23 Perry County Central 18..
