Darick Knuckles scored 28 points in about 17 minutes.

he only ahd two points in the first quarter.

I really like the Cats. Very deep and don't lose nuttin when they sub to their next five players.

Knuckles is very impressive and very athletic.

Red Bird's Derek Davis and little ole No. 1 can shoot the lights out.

Not being smart, I know they can score but do they ever play defense?

I don't think anyone could have stopped Davis and ole No. 1 from canning the shots they hit. Combined they scored 44 points. The Campers play defense (forced 21 turnovers), but they need to improve as the season progresses.

The Wildcats are a lean, mean, scoring machine. Write this down; if they get by Jackson Co. on Thur. or Fri. (whenever they play) they will be undefeated at Christmas and maybe into the new year! They have many offensive weapons and play very hard. To me Red Bird is amazing to get so much out of the players they have with no size at all they play very, very hard and smart, well coached. This was a fun game to watch.

How good can the wildcats be if they improve their defense as the season goes on?

I'm sure they can become a much better team with improved D, but they still have a ways to go to reach the upper level region teams, but it could happen I guess if they continue to play together and those shots keep falling. The Jackson Co. game with tell alot about what work needs to be done.

Anyone know what was going on at the scorers table early on in the game?

And if anyone has a link to an article on the game I would appreciate it, if not I'd like someone to post the box scores! Thanks!

There was an issue with a point being given to Lynn Camp instead of Redbird....I know that Redbird only fouled Lynn Camp twice in the first half and niether was on a shot attempt, so there for I think Redbird was right because Lynn Camp was awarded a foul shot that they never took it was given to #32...remember this is what I was told by the offical at halftime.
