My thoughts on this job.

League-Muskingum Valley

The schools in this league are almost all schools that run the ball 85% of the time the one one scholl that threw the ball this season went 9-1 and made the playoffs.

 

I think if a coach came in and built his offense around the talent there and made sure the offense is ran by the younger teams(7th 8th, 9th and jv)in time Maysville could compete in this league.

 

Getting numbers up is a must

Making sure the players know the past is the past and the future is now. Going a little deeper with this one. Every player who goes out will EARN his job has to be stressed to this group.

 

Change things up with the schedule I.M.O. add a school that Maysville has not played before. My reasoning for this is it will show the kids things are changing.
