Raceland looked decent in their 1st action, they played w/o Jacob Sparks who is still nursing a sore shoulder from the LCA game last Friday. KC Nichols ran the team well at the point,Tyler Boyles hit the shots he took, Cody Barker didn't start but, came off the bench and contributed in all 3 areas, I have no idea who will be in the starting line-up now, Coach went with an all senior starting 5 tonight, Raceland won every quarter they played the varsity

Sparks is a terrific player, that should bode well for the Rams.

Rams played solid without Sparks and Boyles limited. This makes me very ecstatic for the upcoming season.

Impressive against a team like the Burg!

This is good news especially considering Sparks was out and Boyles played limited time. Those two (Sparks and Boyles) should be two of the best in the area this year at their positions. Cody Barker should also be a big help and give some very valuble minutes for the Rams (possibly as a starter, don't know).
