What makes you think they are any better on defense?

I have seen them the last three years and this year they look to be playing better D.

Having watched both Henry Clay and Trinity in action this season, Phillippi is a far better pass/run QB than Stein; Gay is not as fast but a stronger more effective runner than Phillips; Boyd is a much scarier receiver than anyone on the Rocks team; and Simpson is a better lineman than anyone on the Trinity squad. Nonetheless, it takes more than four superior players to decide an 11-on-11 football game. Trinity has a far superior kicking game, better athletes at all the remaining positions, plus much greater depth than Henry Clay. If and when they meet in a head-to-head playoff contest, it should be close for a half, but then on their home field the Rocks should roll by at least 28 points...NO CONTEST!
