Lone Oak appears to be one the verge of having their best team ever in the programs 40 year history. They should receive some consideration in Class 4A poll. Why Corey Robinson (Sr Qb) is not mentioned in the top 20 players by the Courier Journal is a mystery to me. Coach Haskins (4th year @ LO) has the troops motivated & focused with 20 starters returning from last years squad. The addition of Coach Steve Duncan & his two sons will help solidfy the team. Haskins is a good coach, you think he will be able to get past his old team the Calloway Lakers? I heard that the calloway/heath scrimmage was pretty dull and not much happened.

I think that Lone Oak will take their district. Calloways DB's just cant compete with Robinson.

Lone Oak will make some noice this year if they can stay healthy. Their QB is the real deal and seperates them from everybody else in their district. Keep an eye on this kid he is solid as they come.

Loan Oak is going to have a solid year. The QB is very very good. They gave Ft. Campbell a real scare last year and I would have loved to see a rematch this year. Robinson should be getting some big time attention, he has a strong arm, and good poise. Probably one of the best, if not the best QB in the region.
