With camps pretty much over and being in the dead period now. What have you seen over the summer to predict the district.

 

I watched Owen Co. and Henry Co. play in the Ludlow Camp. Owen still has Cochran and Williams, but seemed to lack the consistant 3 point shooter they have had in the past. Coach Osborne played all of his kids an equal amount throughout the week. He seemed he was more concerned getting experience for all of the kids rather than winning. That is what the summer should be about.

 

Henry Co. played agressive defense, but had trouble scoring at times. They currently lack a consistant scorer. They did improve throughout the week.

I saw Carroll play Owen and Gallatin...(also Ludlow, Trimble etc.) The Coaches did a good job of playing everyone and were missing some key players. Carroll came out on top but of course it is just summer ball.

 

Have seen Henry at Transy Camp, they are scrappy but I think they are just still young.

 

I think Owen and Carroll seemed the strongest..it will all depend on consistency of shooting.

 

All of the teams have a lot of young girls..it will be an interesting and fun year.
