Any update?

Last I heard it was 4 - 3 with Beechwood batting in the 4 or 5th inning. Ryle winning. Elliott and I think the second basemen just had back to back triples.

4-4 tie ball game gets broken open in bottom of 6th when Ryle scores 7 runs. A very good game up to that point, but then walks, errors, wild pitches, and some timely Ryle hits becomes Beechwood's undoing. Elliott looked good at times, but just wasn't real sharp with his control and had a lot of pitches in dirt. Beechwood acquitted themselves quite nicely overall. If this team is composed of mostly underclassman as I've read on this site, then they are going to be pretty darn good the next few years. Ryle pitchers Collins, Hughes, and Sebald did a solid job today. Ryle bats will need to wake up a bit tomorrow night.
