Scott wins in the bottom 7, bush steals third, ball gets over thrown and he scores, Ross hit a 2 run shot congrats on his first varsity home run. Bush throws a gem tonight.

Great game, wasn't it SMA? BC took a 1-0 lead in the top of the 2nd. Scott came back with the 2 run shot by Ross to make it 2-1. Scott extended to 3-1 with one in the bottom of the 5th. Boone tied it in the top of the 6th on a 2-run double by Corey Farris. It stayed that way until the winning run scored with 2 outs in the bottom of the 7th. While I personally wished for a different result it was a great HS game played under the lights on a beautiful night at Scott tonite. Brad Krohman, Kevin Williams, and Mark Reed had 2 hits for Boone. Garrett Wander went the first 4 1/3 for Boone and pitched well, as did Drew Fulton, who was the hard luck loser in this one, even though he only allowed 3 singles in 2 1/3 relief innings. Not to take anything away from Scott, who played well, but the same bug that bit Boone Friday night against Beechwood (14 LOB) struck again tonite, Boone leaving 9 on base, including the bases loaded twice and 2 LOB in the top of the 7th.
