Is there a difference between the basketball camps like Eastern, Transy, and Northern Ky. as opposed to the Blue Chip Camps? Do the girls learn more, or are the Blue Chip Camps aimed more at girls who want to possibly play at a higher level?

First three are usually team camps that High Schools take their teams to.

The Blue Chip is more of an individual camp in which they do some drills and then put on teams to play games.

If your daughter is younger (middle school etc.) then she should attend an individual camp like Transy. Transylvania still has the best individual camps. If she is older (soph. or jr.) send her to Blue Chip for exposure. Blue Chip, and camps like that, are good because college coaches can come to them and watch players.

The thing I would add here is that if she has a specific school that she wants to attend, send her there. If her coach would consider taking the team to the team camp of that college, it would also be beneficial.
