The tournament started today. Sayre beat Frankfort 15-3 at LCA. After the first inning Frankfort played well but the last four was all Sayre. Sayre gets Berea in the second round. Frankfort will look to rebound against Lincoln County this Saturday. Brent Yancey made the all tournament team for Frankfort High School! Brent had two hits, three RBI's, and two catches along with no errors on defense.

Yeah, that seems to be the trend this year for them. Its like the give up or something, never seen a team like this before. I went and watched them over their spring break and it was so wierd, they would play well for the 1st or 2nd innings of the game and then just go soft like they have no killer instinct. very very odd imo.

It may be that they have lost for so long that they haven't learned how to win yet. Learning to win takes some time. Hopefully they will stick it out through these tough times, grow and learn from these losses and enjoy some brighter days ahead.
