Saw this score and thought it looked like somewhat of an upset. I believe it is the first time in 4 years that Mason has beat them.

 

I also heard St. Pat got some new players from Fleming Co. and they are looking decent themselves.

What is up with Bracken County being a half hour or longer late for this game? How long is it before they call a forfeit? From the sound of Coach Persinger in the Ledger, the problems continue to manifest themselves on the girls side of athletics at BC. Sounds like the basketball season problems could be revisited in softball, lets hope things get straightened out.

Teams being late are a big problem in softball, most blame on buses, but seldom do you see a team with a bus problem back up gametime.

From what I heard they were waiting on the driver of the bus. Not much you can do about that.
