The Cards led by only two at halftime (28-26), but dominated the second half and I do mean dominated.

South Laurel shot 20-of-29 in the second half (69 percent) and only had THREE turnovers the entire game.

Proffitt had 26, Hammonds 23 and Smith 10.

Matt Gilbert, Mark Conley, Matt St. John all turned in solid efforts.

Cody Miller led Knox with 16 and 11 rebounds.

Does any of the top 15 teams have an easier road to the Sweet 16 than South? Warren Central maybe?

They're not my team ... but hey, at least you're showing your inmature side, huh?

Anyway, I don't think South ahs an easy road ... it will be tough to beat Corbin or Bell in the finals ... if south reaches the finals.

Les... I never said they were your team. I guess you're taking it out of context.

Good win by the Cards. I think Bell could give them a run for their money if they get by Corbin, but I have a feeling the Cards will be back in the big, big dance.

Neither Bell nor Corbin are even close to a top 20 team. If SL plays thay should cake walk to Lexington. Bell may give them a game. Corbin has played three straight sub par games in a row.

Well, you were either referring to myself or rojas4, but who cares ... you have your opinion and so on ...congrats to both teams.
