AT PC - final

I would like to thank the Lloyd team, this is the first time I have seen a visiting team take the time to clean up their bench. I also hope that the young girl with a possible broken nose will be fine, she took hard hit. Wasn't sure if she hit the floor or was hit prior to hitting the floor.

Started as really tight game until PC pulled their starting 5, not sure what was going on there. For a short time it was a 3pt battle up and down the floor. Thanks to Rachael King for all the years of PC basketball.

The Lockard girl caught an elbow on a rebound, no harm intended. She has a double fracture, but will be back (masked) for districts. Good luck to both teams. :ylsuper:

I have seen Rachael play from middle school to high school and have enjoyed watching her grow as a player, she doesn't get the respect that I think she should but she allways gives it her all. good defensive player and has a nose for the ball. She was quoted in the paper as saying the highlight of high school was getting to share the floor with little sis Bethany(freshman) this year. Congrats Rachael good luck and thanks for memories. Time for a new King to rule.

From what I saw across the floor, I thought she may have had a tripod fracture, have seen many of them in my day working for ear nose and throat physicians...I was really hoping she didn't hit the floor with her face, not that an elbow is much better...glad to hear not displaced enough for surgery. Good luck to her and the team in the districts, they play very hard and good..

It was Tabitha. She needed 7 points and got 11 before the fracture. This puts her number 2 on the all time scoring chart. She will be back by weak's end wearing the old Rip Hamilton nose guard!
